I just got my ADHD diagnosis after suspecting it for a few years - and after some treatment for anxiety and depression didn't quite cut it. Currently in the midst of consuming as much information about it as I can, and figuring out how to structure my life in a way that celebrates who I am. I'm a former arts administrator (burned and crashed out in October 2021) with a background in music education; I love to write creatively, and am a happily married pet parent to five cats and a dog, all rescues. Hoping to find some camaraderie and a space to learn more and grow into myself.
